At Alma, we work with a wide range of partners across the city, and we strive to make each set of activities as accessible as possible. However, due to the nature of some experiences and the varying accessibility of our partners’ venues, we can’t guarantee that every activity will meet specific accessibility requirements.
Many of our partners are committed to inclusivity and make efforts to ensure their activities are accessible. For instance, some venues may have provisions for wheelchair users or other accommodations. We encourage our subscribers to assess the suitability of activities based on their individual needs.
If you find that the specific activities you receive are not accessible to you, you are able to offer these to a friend or family, alternatively contact us and we are happy to offer a refund and cancel your subscription within the first 14 days of receiving the tickets.
