  • Can I buy additional tickets to invite a friend along?

    Every activity will include a ticket for two people and although we currently do not offer any additional ticket purchases, we plan to include this soon.
  • Can I participate in activities alone?

    Alma activities are meant to be used in pairs but if your plus one is unable to attend, you will still be able to book the experience and enjoy it by yourself.
  • How long do I have to use my activities?

    Activities are valid for the full month of issue. We recommend using them as soon as possible to make the most of your experience and avoid disappointment!
  • Are there any hidden fees?

    There are no hidden charges; your subscription fee covers the cost of all the activities you receive. Any additional purchases, such as extra tickets, will be clearly stated.
  • When will I receive my first set of tickets?

    We go-live in time for the 1st February, if you subscribe before the 24th of January you will receive your activities by 1st of February. Thereafter, you will receive your tickets by the 1st of the...
